Based in Aberdare the Forget Me Knot Well Being Project provides a much needed and consistent outlet for those living and affected by dementia, Alzheimer’s, and memory/brain trauma.

Set up by Gary “Ragsy” Ryland, the Welsh singer-songwriter who shot to fame on the hit-series The Voice in 2013, the project was one of ten successful ventures rolled out last year with the help of Community Music Wales as part of the organisation’s inaugural Cornerstones Programme.

Mae Prosiect Lles Forget Me Knot yn Aberdâr yn cynnig rhyddhad cwbl angenrheidiol a chyson i’r rhai sy’n byw gyda dementia, clefyd Alzheimer a thrawma’r cof/ymennydd.

Sefydlwyd y prosiect gan Gary "Ragsy" Ryland, y canwr-gyfansoddwr o Gymru a saethodd i’r amlwg yn dilyn y gyfres boblogaidd ‘The Voice’ yn 2013, ac roedd y prosiect yn un o ddeg menter lwyddiannus a gyflwynwyd y llynedd gyda chymorth Cerddoriaeth Gymunedol Cymru fel rhan oraglen gyntaf sefydliad Cornerstones.
